For the longest time I have had consistent trouble with finding out what to eat to loose weight. I'd make sketch books, download apps and try to count my calories. That did not last very long because it can be extremely hard finding what works out for you. Most of the time one ends up getting frustrated and stuffing themselves up with unnecessary junk food. Recently I found my secret ingrediant to the diet that works for me. It's my daily routine. This is how I stay fit and healthy. So, guess what, you don't need a diet coach to help you threw this. Most of the time people end up spending way too much anyways. This plan could work for anyone, as long as you leave the sugar and most of the carbs out.
Everyone knows the famous saying, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Pre- Mornings: 1 Granny smiths apple 1 Actimel
Go jogging, even if you only go for 10 minutes. You will start to feel invinsible and the more you jog the more energy you will have throughout the day.
Mornings: 1 bowl of coconut joghurt with matcha powder inside, müsli and raisins/ nuts (I honestly don't like regular joghurt because I'm not a big fan of dairy. Especially in the mornings.)
Prep meal or lunch: Literally anything warm like eggs, club-sandwich, pasta, rice. Feel free to just make whatever you're up for. I'll make an extra page for homemade recipes, if you can't come up with anything on your own.
Here comes my favorite part... Dinner: Homemade salad!! Any type of lettuce, with any type of dressing, fruit, vegetables, meat/ fish Sometimes it can be hard figuring out what to buy at the grocery store, that's why I'll write a list with items you can choose from.
